Robin Fleischmann
Robin Fleischmann helps to build vibrant cities through the achievement of community and economic development goals. As the Economic Development Manager for the City of Golden, Executive Director of the Golden Urban Renewal Authority, and staff for the Golden Downtown Development Authority, she focuses on community redevelopment projects and business attraction, expansion, and retention.
In addition, Robin Fleischmann supports the Golden Public Art Commission. With business and planning degrees from Washington University and New York University, Robin has worked with communities of all sizes in Colorado and New York.

Baxter Richardson
Baxter is part of the Economic Development team here in Golden. He is staff for the Downtown Development Authority and the Golden Urban Renewal Authority. Previously, he worked as the Director of Existing Industries at Jefferson County EDC. His focus there was to focus on the primary employers in the county and connect them with resources.
Baxter earned his Master's in Economic Development from the University of Southern Mississippi and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Millsaps College. Baxter enjoys staying active through all the seasons and loves a good concert.
