Baxter Richardson
Baxter is part of the Economic Development team here in Golden. He is staff for the Downtown Development Authority and the Golden Urban Renewal Authority. Previously, he worked as the Director of Existing Industries at Jefferson County EDC. His focus there was to focus on the primary employers in the county and connect them with resources.
Baxter earned his Master's in Economic Development from the University of Southern Mississippi and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Millsaps College. Baxter enjoys staying active through all the seasons and loves a good concert.

Tim Dwyer
Tim joins the Economic Development team in Golden as the Economic Development Manager. He brings over fifteen years of experience leading community revitalization initiatives and fostering small-business growth. Previously, he co-founded Fisher Brewing Company in Salt Lake City, transforming it from a start-up into a multi-million-dollar enterprise and neighborhood institution. He also served as Chair of the Granary District Alliance, where he has advocated for infrastructure improvements, public art projects, and equitable neighborhood development.
Tim earned his Master's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah, specializing in renewable energy, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution. Tim enjoys spending time outdoors and looks forward to exploring Golden's trails and open spaces.
